Shipping in Italy

Once your order is placed, we ship within 1 to 3 days via SDA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, packages generally take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.

 International

International shipping typically takes two weeks, however timing varies. Clients are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable- please choose carefully. 

 Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days after arrival for store credit or exchange. Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Approval by phone or email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully- we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. Store credits are good for one year from the date of issue.

Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

Discounted merchandise is final sale.
